If you need someone to support you in creating new lifestyle habits Susan is your person. I needed someone to help me tone, keep my strength and to get fit. She knows when to push me harder, even when I think can't. She has taught me how to actually lift weights correctly so I'm not straining my back. It doesn't matter what your situation is she will work around you and make sure that you're achieving your goals. I'm very grateful to have her support in the gym to keep me on track. I'm also so lucky that over the hoildays the training didn't stop, just a location change. Don't even get me started on how she is an inspiration to all.
