I've been attending the Shala on Via Veio for several years. Stefania is a very knowledgeable and professional teacher. She's very welcoming, even to those like me who have never practiced yoga before. She also advises me on how to adapt my practice if I have any pain or physical issues. I feel very comfortable.
Stefania è un’insegnante attenta e molto preparata. Grazie ai suoi insegnamenti mi sono riavvicinata alla pratica quando pensavo di averla persa in seguito ad un brutto infortunio. Sono un'allieva di Stefania da diversi anni. Ho scoperto con lei l'Ashtanga yoga nel 2017. Stefania e' talmente brava che vengo da Roma Nord per frequentare le sue lezioni, facendo ben 17 km in motorino tre volte alla settimana. Però non cambierei con nessun'altra shala .... anche se fosse sotto casa!!!
