Loved Rashmi's yoga class. Her classes always calmed me down after a stressful day and I kept it up for many years. Eventually I went on to become a yoga teacher myself and I feel this is due to Rashmis instruction. It is traditional Hatha Yoga with breathing, philosophy and relaxation. Rashmi adapted her class when I was pregnant and she is so peaceful her voice sends you to sleep. If you want to experience traditional yoga you will not be dissapointed. Thank you for helping me so much and being a wonderful teacher xx
