Absolutely love everything about Himalaya Yoga Valley Centre. The staff are friendly and caring both in the office and all of the teachers. I go in feeling tried and stressed and I come out feeling refreshed and alive. I look forward to my yoga class because I know I am in good hands and that I am treated with genuine care. They are like my extended family. Best yoga studio in Cork delivering a traditional experience.
I just received an email to say it was my 2nd birthday at Himalaya Yoga Valley so I felt it was high time to write a review! I love everything about Himalaya Yoga Valley. The teachers are professional, friendly and very experienced. The studio is in the city centre so really handy for parking etc. The studio itself is spotless, beautifully decorated and has a lovely relaxed atmosphere. I have been attending classes now for 2 years and every experience has been a pleasure. I have travelled on their Retreats to Goa both this year and last year, as well as a retreat to Spain; all the trips have been wonderful! A great studio with a wonderful team! Thank you Himalaya Yoga Valley and I look forward to the next 2 years and wish you continued success!
