Ted and Kayley have created an amazing crossfit community and have adapted to the new covid restrictions fantastically. Thoroughly recommend trying to get on a beginner course and giving it a go.
Cannot recommend CrossFit Hayle enough. Whoever you are, however old you are, whatever your goals are, joining CrossFit Hayle will be your best decision ever. Joining places can be terrifying but everyone, from coaches to members, are just so lovely and welcoming, you'll feel settled in in no time. It doesn't matter what you're capable of there will always be something that you can do and the coaches are unbelievable at teaching you any movements that are unfamiliar. The mix of strength, cardio and conditioning has made me the strongest, fittest and, most importantly, happiest I've been with myself in my life. Honestly, cannot recommend them enough.
Have been coming here for over a year now. New members are always warmly welcomed and there is a unique community spirit here. The coaching is structured, enthusiastic and tailored to peoples needs. Every session is different and I almost always come away feeling I've accomplished something. If you are looking to improve fitness, strength, mental wellbeing and want to feel part of a community, this is definitely the place.
