In general, Vivo has a very good management team, so I still support this facility and it gave us a lot of fun there.
Heart pool if you want the fun of slides and activities for kids, the pool lining is so nice its almost foamy and much cleaner and quieter than some of the other recreation facilities in Calgary
The facility is rather large but usually is super busy. As a result they are expanding. I like the the gym is usually really clean which is important to me. The staff are usually pretty friendly, especially Alex, he is an absolute gem!
Nice place for the family . Change rooms are a little dirty
Kind staff but this one life guard that was really rude and wasn't really doing her job that well. Good equipment, clean, but the pool area which the floor is pretty dirty. (Hair, dirt, and all sort of stuff) was found there. The rest is pretty good. And washroom floors are filled with pee.
