Our son has been kickboxing with PMAS Grantham for just over a year now, and the progress he’s made is incredible. He usually attends four sessions a week, including 1:1, children's sessions, and mixed classes. Thanks to the high-quality teaching, his confidence and self-esteem have soared. We’ve also noticed a huge improvement in his concentration and coordination. The 1:1 sessions have been a great addition to the other fab sessions run by the club. He is working with Maria on fine tuning his techniques using a mixture of routines and exercises. It's great that he always has an input on the areas he would like to work on in a fun and engaging session. This is supporting him to better prepare for his next grading. The instructors are fantastic, truly understanding how to bring out the best in children. Their clear, easy-to-follow instructions make learning both fun and effective. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend PMAS Grantham to any parent/carer who looking for a positive, supportive environment for kickboxing sessions.
Garreth runs a fantastic kickboxing club for all ages and abilities. It's a great way to meet fantastic people, learn new skills and keep fit. Optional Sparring is also available every Wednesday where you can progress at your speed and even compete at regional and national levels. I have been coming with my son and daughter for nearly 10 years!
After 14 years of being with the club I am still loving every single moment. I now have both my grandsons joining in and loving it too, would highly recommend this club to everyone who wants to experience a new hobby, fun for all ages 💓
I have been kickboxing for 16yrs and enjoy every moment. The classes are structured and professionally run. Everyone from instructor to other club members make you feel very welcome from the first session. I highly recommend Pro Martial Arts Schools for anyone of any ability or fitness level.
Welcoming to everyone. Any or no experience. Very skills instructors. A great place to get fit and learn some new skills. Both me and my 5 year old train here.
