Hatte meine Trainingssachen nicht dabei. Das sehr freundliche und hilfreiche Team vor Ort hat mich sogleich neu „eingekleidet“ (Hose, T-Shirt und Handtuch) und ich konnte mein Training doch noch absolvieren. Vielen Dank!

Ich bin enttäuscht von meiner Erfahrung bei Kieser in Luzern. Ich hatte mich für ein Probetraining angemeldet und um einen Termin für Samstag gebeten. Stattdessen wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass dies nicht möglich sei, und mir wurde ein anderer Tag aufgezwungen, ohne auf meine Wünsche einzugehen. Es ist äusserst unprofessionell, dass Kunden Termine aufgezwungen werden. Diese Behandlung vermittelt den Eindruck, dass die Bedürfnisse der Mitglieder nicht ernst genommen werden. Ich hatte von einer renommierten Fitnesskette wie Kieser mehr erwartet. Leider kann ich diesen Standort nicht empfehlen.
