Jasper and I had a short time together as I had a very specific goal - to ping! I've exercised for years but wanted to do weightlifting to tighten up and had no idea how to get started. In just 3 weeks Jasper has helped me immensely and I will definitely come back to him again for longer. I've learnt technique, nutrition and the importance of macros especially if you are a veggie on the verge of vegan. Also, our sessions were fun and he put up with my back chat! I needed pushing and he was excellent at driving me. Thanks so much Jasper. I'll keep at it.

I trained with Jasper for 3 months; he offers a great 'remote training' package if affording full PT sessions is difficult. I did remote training with one 1-2-1 session per month in which we focused on form. As well as 24-hour support, I got a weekly check-in every Monday via voice message (much better than just text or email!) in which he explained and commented on what I reported in a weekly check-in form filled out every weekend (with progress pics too), as well as the plan for the upcoming week. Jasper also gives really useful nutrition tips, understanding at the same time what's realistically possible. Learned so much about the food I was eating! His personalised app is also great for tracking progress.

Jasper is the best Personal Trainer anyone could wish for. He is highly motivational and supportive, caring about his client's well-being and individual progress. No matter what your fitness or confidence level at the gym, Jasper will deliver the results you want. Planning specific training sessions and nutritional goals to benefit you... Whilst being extremely fun and inspiring to spend time with. Jasper produced a training regimen for me that has totally transformed my body, plus my strength and energy levels. Helping me obtain the best shape I've ever been in. I saw results immediately from day one of my training. Jasper has helped me achieve a physique and confidence I never dreamed possible, giving me the invaluable knowledge and support I needed during workouts, being there for me every step of the way. My sessions with Jasper are the highlight of my week. Intelligent, encouraging, compassionate and always a lot of fun. I couldn't recommend Jasper highly enough if you're looking for a one of a kind Personal Trainer in London.

If I could give a higher rating I would! I was initially very skeptical of personal training, wondering if I would see any results & if it would truly be catered towards me, my body & my diet. Jasper went above & beyond in all aspects. He constantly pushed me towards reaching my goals and low and behold, I did just that. His workouts were custom and carefully tailored and took my previously stagnant workouts and turned them into sessions that were versatile & challenging. His charm & charisma make the sessions all the more enjoyable. Can't thank him enough for helping me achieve my goals but also for taking the time to show/teach me how to get there.
