I have a joint membership with my partner and I come to this gym frequently. I work from home so sometimes come at lunchtime or late in the afternoon. I have lost nearly 3 stone in weight from dieting and keeping active. The reason I rate this gym highly is because the place is friendly, accommodating and I am not overwhelmed by the sheer amount of equipment. No recording is allowed and ages and sizes all vary, which means it is not just a gym for young posers or influencers. It is intended to be used as is: a place of exercise. People are very friendly and it makes you want to return again and again for a workout.
Great facilities in this fine establishment, including sauna, cold plunge, infrared light bed, full gym suite, cardio covered and, my favourite, a fantastic calisthenics and functional training area. An old school gym with old school values and ethics, you can’t not love it! Friendly atmosphere, with members encouraged to converse with each other, and not too many headphones on heads! Great value aswell.
Really great place for either people who just started getting into the GYM all the way up to athletes like my self that need a proper space to train. Amazing machines for everything you need I particularly like the seated calf raise to target soleus more as not a lot of gym have this. At least 2 or more machines for each muscle or movement. So you will have options. Another thing is the people and atmosphere is amazing too. Great GYM overall
Absolutely love this gym! It’s super well-equipped with everything you need for a great workout. The owners are fantastic—so welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely supportive. The community here is amazing too; everyone is friendly, encouraging, and makes you feel right at home. Whether you’re a beginner or experienced, this is the kind of place that makes training enjoyable. Highly recommend!
