Core Wellness Centres

I have been going to core wellness for over a year now. They have helped me completely change my life. I starting going because I was experiencing back and neck pain. With the chiropractor sessions from both Dr Joe and Dr Mike, they are informative and excellent at what they do. The masseuse’s are brilliant, they are extremely skilled. Then the gym. Carmen and Juli are brilliant. They make cardio fun. They correct you all the time in all movements so you don’t harm yourself. You feel in safe hands. I’ve lost coming up 2 stone now following their 8 weeks to wellness. The whole team are so supporting and helpful. I especially enjoy their classes which they are doing more of now. The warrior workout was epic. I look forward to the next one! Hannah, AKA the queen of the warrior workout 2019.

I joined core wellness over 3 years ago and haven’t looked back since. It’s given me back my zest for life and I’m fitter now than I’ve been in many years. All the staff are so supportive and encouraging, I’ve received nutritional advice and support, chiropractic adjustments, sports massages and personal training. The gym is motivating but not forceful and they ensure that your working with correct techniques at all times. Every session is different and fun. It has a wonderful family feel to it and I’ve made some great friends since joining. I can’t recommend them all enough, I’ve never felt so happy and healthy.
