Fantastic gym it has every thing you need and its very well priced for membership and it has a protein shop next door with very good quality and value for money

everything you need without all the extras you dont need taking up space. down to earth owner. As a women I feel comfortable enough to weight train without being stared at and judged.

Great gym and staff, very friendly atmosphere. Excellent value for money. 24/7 access. Also brilliant prices on protein powers/supplements in onsite gym shop.
