i live very local to the gym, and i’m always assured with the ambition of the company with the investment of new machines and equipment, not to mention the superb service and cast of trainers and workers who always get involved, special thank you to Philip for always being a good member of the community.

I've been attending the gym group for 6 years and been going to Zumba almost every Tuesday. Silvia is a energetic, lovely instructor and makes the lessons fun and works us out to the max. The main reason I attend the gym is because of Silvia. Hopefully the lessons is there for many more years.
The staff is great, classes are great and equipment is great, so gym gets 5/5. If I could rate the people who actually go to the gym here...big fat 0/5. Why are people not able to count? I have NEVER seen someone put their weight back with the right number at the rack. It's wild...how do you have enough energy to go to the gym, but not walk 10 ft away from your bench to put the dumbbell you picked up back in the right number....at that point just stay home bc clearly you're a lazy fart.
Great gym honestly, made many more gains here than I did in my other gym. Great equipment, great staff, overall great workouts here. 100% recommend Plus they have a very good shake and coffee bar which is amazing
