Guys, I've been shopping at this store for 10 years and I'm very happy with it. If a shoe has slight damage, I tear it down completely and buy new ones. Some customers spend more a month on cigarettes or alcohol than the shoes are worth. It's less embarrassing, guys. Jan Pietruszka

I bought shoes from City Sport for 270 PLN, and they didn't last two months, so I filed a complaint. Three weeks later, they sent me my broken shoes, which I didn't even bother with. The complaint wasn't accepted because they were broken for my own reasons!!! They were complaining about abrasions and holes in the toes. Disgraceful, I won't buy shoes from this store again. No, I don't recommend them.
This store has never had friendly service, but today was a complete disaster. The woman, who was physically and mentally exhausted from her work (not to mention the lack of hello and goodbye), struggled to give me the size I requested—wordlessly, with a look on her face as if I'd killed her family.
The store may be nice, with many brands, but when it comes to shoe complaints, it's a disaster. I returned my Converse with torn material and a crack in the sole. A week later, I received a negative response, citing a lack of justification for an exchange. Interestingly, my girlfriend went to Sizeer with the same problem, and of course, they exchanged them. Bravo, City! You lost another customer today.
