My experience of The Unity Centre has been marvellous. I attend chair yoga, have saunas and use the flotation tank. I continue to do the chair yoga exercises at home and they have improved my flexibility and balance, which is so important to me as I age. The infrared sauna leaves me feeling clean, refreshed and sparkly. The flotation tank takes me to a deeply relaxed state, releases my tight ankles and wrists and the magnesium in the tank also does wonders for my skin and sleep. I am incredibly grateful to The Unity Centre for these treatments and to the Lotto Community Fund for facilitating my access to such lovely, supportive care.
Absolutely love this place, I got the 28 day pass for £28 which gives you unlimited access to classes to try. The staff are really friendly and the classes are great. Really good and would recommend to everyone. Also even better it's a not for profit place and the atmosphere is really lovely. Very good space for yoga classes.

I've been practising pilates with the wonderful Patrick Morrison at Unity, for four months. I can move like I haven't for 11 years, since a debilitating foot operation and arthritis, and now finding strength and power and exercise that's tailored to me in our group class of three. Freedom to move properly is liberating, and I can't rate Patrick highly enough for his dedication and in-depth knowledge. I am a different person. Thank you Patrick.
