If you're looking for an inclusive, friendly environment to improve your fitness and work towards new goals then look no further. Everyone here at 5S are extremely knowledgeable, helpful and driven to help you achieve at whatever level you're at. I'd never done any fitness racing before I joined and am now signed up to The Deadly Dozen next year which was invented and crafted at this gym. I have loved my first few months and couldn't recommend it highly enough to anyone.
I joined 5S after a recommendation from friends and after 3 months I am so glad they did. Jay and his team make you feel very welcome and listen to your specific needs. I now really enjoy going to the gym and can see the progress I am making. The strength and conditioning session, which are included in your membership are very good. I definitely recommend 5S
Jay & team are super welcoming, knowledgeable and really friendly. I’ve been a member for nearly 6 months and my fitness and energy levels have improved drastically since attending regular conditioning classes at 5S. Highly recommend!
5S is a fantastic place to train. It’s really well equipped and the coaches are incredibly knowledgeable and always available to help if you have any questions. The conditioning classes are brilliant, they keep them really varied and they are always just the right level of challenging. Most of all though 5S is such a friendly environment to train in, you always feel welcome and it is much less intimidating than other gyms I’ve trained in.
Great gym. Very well equipped for strength training. A great group of people - every time I've been since joining a month ago I've learnt something from the trainers and members - advice on technique, pointers for future injury prevention etc. Good vibe as well - accessible, welcoming, trainers promoting long term thinking and plenty of strong people to motivate you!
