Nostos Mma and Conditioning Facility

I'm a desk jockey who trains to stay in shape for hiking season and to have fun doing it. And Nostos delivers on both fronts! I've trained at several different gyms over the years, and Nostos is by far the most enjoyable and intense gym I've ever trained at. The energy of the place is fantastic. The music is pumping, people are smiling, and everyone is training hard. I've been to places where the curriculum is dumbed down and simplified for the person with the lowest skill level (or interest level). At Nostos, people are encouraged to work to their skill level and options for beginners and advanced students are both offered. I think more importantly, there is also the expectation that you push yourself to try harder and be better, at your level, at all times. The Nostos coaches are knowledgeable, friendly, and have years of experience. Even the professional MMA fighters there are cool and willing to work with you, and at a level that works for both them and you. Nostos is a professional gym with good people (staff and clientele), amazing seminars with huge names in the MMA world, a great curriculum for kids and teens, and an extensive list of different classes from MMA, to jiu-jitsu, to conditioning. And Nostos has a great team mentality. If you're there, you're family, whether you're a professional fighter or a regular person just trying to get in shape and have a little fun. Check them out. There is a class for everyone or maybe every class is for you 😂. This place is addicting and so is the atmosphere and the people! Everyone is incredibly nice and welcoming! It doesnt matter if you are new or have been going here for years, everyone will help you and they love to help you. This is one of those gyms where you are quick to become family. They also oftentimes have seminars by visiting champions! You will learn a lot here and the skills last for life. This place is inspiring and all the people who work hard are inspiring. I never want to move away because I would mourn all my nostos family and the valuable lessons I've had here.

If you're looking for high-level MMA training, Nostos MMA is the place. Coach Devin Powell runs a serious program focused on real skill development, conditioning, and discipline. The environment is competitive but supportive, and everyone is pushing one another to get better. He was my first Jiu Jitsu coach at 16 and helped me get my first MMA win. After going through a tough stretch of losses in MMA and Muay Thai, I came back to him at 24 to sharpen my skills, and it made a huge difference. That level of coaching and attention to detail is hard to find. If you're serious about getting better, this is where you want to be

Great gym to improve your confidence and health. I have been a member for 4 years and am down 25 pounds and am in the best shape of my life. The community and culture are also amazing I really enjoy my time working at Nostos.

Nostos has become a second home for our family. It's more than a gym, it is more than martial arts. It's a community. We homeschool our kids so having a place where our boys can socialize and fit in is so important for them. As a veteran who was looking to find a tribe, I've found all of that and more.
