Blue Star Fitness

I’ve been consistently showing up to Blue Star for the last year which is one of my longest fitness streaks. As a full-time working mom, carving out time and motivation to exercise has historically been a major challenge. Besides Ursula being a top-notch trainer, a couple other parts of the Blue Star experience have made this work for me. First, I schedule class times in advance – it goes on my calendar and gets treated with the same importance as any other appointment. Second, the planning part is done for me – Ursula thoughtfully plans out classes and I feel like I get a well-rounded workout and I’m not wasting my time thinking “what should I do today”? This is a fun group that works hard!

Ursula is the best fitness trainer I know bar none. She has been my go-to for over 10 years. I have 30 years in physically demanding military roles so I need a top-notch trainer to keep me going. The strength and endurance classes she teaches are effective, innovative, and fun. Highly recommended no matter what your fitness level is, she will take care of you!

Ursula is an amazing trainer. She has me moving ,being stronger and clearer minded. Ursula is bringing me out of a long physical slump. I am doing things I haven't been able to do in over 8 yrs. Blue Star Fitness is a great personal training and group exercise boutique. If being fit and strong is important to you, this is the place to be. Ursula, the owner, is amazing! She has great experience, has been recognized in the community as one of the best, and consistently delivers a workout program that is individualized, diverse, and fun! I've worked with other personal trainers before but none have been as effective as she has been. As a client for over two years, I couldn't be happier!
