The gym needs updating; it's clear it's been open for a while, but the staff is friendly, helpful, and above all, professional. There's a wide selection of equipment.

This place feels dirty and unventilated. The locker rooms, exercise rooms, equipment, and mats are filthy. Everything needs a complete overhaul. I think it's high time to refresh this gym. On the plus side, the lady at the front desk is nice.
The place itself is okay, the staff is friendly, except for one thing: THERE'S NO AIR CONDITIONING in the fitness room. After a few years, they installed blinds to prevent the sun from blinding and further tiring the exercisers. The situation remains the same year after year: inoperative ventilation, no fans, not to mention air conditioning. The room averages 20-30 people, with an outside temperature of 30+ degrees Celsius, and inside, I don't even want to think about how much 😱 there's no air to breathe and no energy to exercise.
