The Yoga Life Society changed my life. The spiritual teachings they share taught a former atheist like myself that God doesn't have to be a man in the sky somewhere. If you happen to be located in Northern NJ and want a holistic understanding of spiritual integral yoga practices or are seeking a different less traditional path, YLC is the place for you.
