Claire has been an exceptional leadership development coach, and I feel truly privileged to have worked with her over the past year. Throughout our coaching sessions, we explored and analyzed a wide range of professional and personal situations, each bringing valuable insights and new perspectives. Claire has a unique ability to listen carefully, ask thoughtful questions, and provide guidance that is both supportive and inspiring. I highly recommend Claire to anyone looking for a skilled, insightful, and genuinely inspiring coach. Her support and guidance have had a lasting impact on both my professional and personal development.
Claire and Ralph were absolutely instrumental in the success of our company wide rollout. From start to finish, their enthusiasm, patience, humour, and genuine empathy elevated the entire experience far beyond anything we could have hoped for. Supporting me in leading a region of 50+ estate agents is no small task, yet they somehow made it feel seamless and manageable. Their ability to connect with people at every level meant that everyone felt engaged, supported, and motivated throughout the day. By the end of the session, the energy in the room was incredible. Everyone left not just smiling, but on a genuine high. I am 100% confident that our teams have gone into this next phase with the best possible mindset. While that is a collective effort, Claire and Ralph played a huge role in shaping that positivity. What they delivered was so much more than a standard training session. It was a truly world class experience focused on mindset and collaboration. I genuinely cannot recommend them highly enough.
Ralph and Claire delivered truly world-class training to our Partners at Spicerhaart. From start to finish, their energy, knowledge, and ability to engage the room were exceptional. They didn’t just deliver content — they inspired, challenged thinking, and elevated standards across the board. What really stood out was how practical and relevant everything was. Our Partners walked away not only motivated, but equipped with clear, actionable strategies they can implement immediately to grow their businesses and improve performance. The feedback from the team has been incredible — and rightly so. Ralph and Claire are not only experts in what they do, but also genuinely great people who care about making a real impact. If you’re looking for training that drives results, raises standards, and leaves a lasting impression, I couldn’t recommend them highly enough. Thank you both — a privilege to work with you 👏
This week I attended the 3 day Advanced PTT Train the Trainer Course and it was such a great experience. Ralph is very warm, engaging and a brilliant trainer helping you to build both your skills and confidence. The course itself was so informative, with a good balance of practical and theory and I came away with so much knowledge I can apply in practice. I would highly recommend Target Training and I will definitely be back to complete the Master Training course! Thank you Ralph (and Claire)!
Fantastic trainers, Fantastic People. I have just completed my Advanced Management Course, this being the second course I've attended. Clare and Ralph were amazing and the training they provide is the best I've had. They bring the industry knowledge and expertise from previous jobs and other experiences. I will definitely be doing more with them in the future and recommend them to everyone! :)
