I’ve had an absolute blast learning to box at TNT. I have been doing the level 1 adult class for the past two months and I love it. There’s a good ratio of men and women, every coach is knowledgeable and respectful, and the classes are challenging and fulfilling. Looking forward to continuing at TNT!

Great coaches that pay attention to detail to help you with your fitness and or boxing goals. Learned alot while going from defense, footwork, strength, technique and a friendly environment. The coaches know when to turn up the heat! And the schedule times are good for the youth and working adults.

TNT was my Boxing gym for over 5 years. I won all of my National Championships while training out of TNT Boxing Academy. The coaches are extremely kind, experienced and take the time to make everyone feel included. They gave me all of the skills and tool's I needed to succeed. I was on the Canadian National Olympic team and got to compete Internationally on the highest stage. At TNT I felt like I was valued respected and an honoured member of the Boxing family. I now have opened a Special Needs Boxing Charity in my own Boxing gym. I use lots of the skills and knowledge that I have learned through training and competing with TNT Boxing Academy. I can’t say enough incredible things about TNT Boxing Academy. The people that I have met throughout my time there have positively impacted my life in so many ways.
