Great gym with huge range of equipment, very affordable membership (I do gym only without classes), staff very friendly and approachable, non-intimidating atmosphere. Can't fault it!
Great facilities, not extremely packed despite how small it is in comparison a PureGym or The Gym. Special mention to classes that are very very good quality, even for athletes. Would absolutely recommend 👌🏻
Been a member for around 2 months now.. here's some feedback: + Gym is tidy, I normally use squat racks/functional kit.. and plates/barbells are always there - if your after a gym where athletic/functional training is your thing.. defo check this gym out + several Curve runners which is great for sprint training (more of these than regular treadmills which iv not seen before but does makes sense as functional/conditioning clases is a big part of the gym) + Free weights area/machines/cables smaller and fewer than most regular commercial gyms but the large functional zone makes up for it so no real complaints.. plus it's tidy so no real complaints but probs not the gym for a bodybuilding approach to training + friendly instructors.. they may let you use part of the functional zone even if there is a class on but that's down to how busy the class is so time your workouts!! + clean changing rooms, and blue roll around the gym Only things that could make it better and 5* - maybe 2 more regular treadmills, granted it is a more class/functional focused gym but think these would be appreciated - way too warm upstairs.. not ideal when your doing sprints!! Overall though.. its a quality gym with great staff and atmosphere.
Used this gym since opened, great equipment and staff are great. As off 3rd April 26, I froze my membership until 30th April 26 and then decided to end my membership which requires 30 days notice so emailed this gym on 1st April so 30 days notice and was told I have to make a final payment. Why I asked when I am giving 30 days notice, no reply after 2 follow up emails. I am now ignored when I just want to know why another is to be paid. There is nothing in the T&Cs except 30 days notice. Be aware
Good gym good staff however, if you pause membership put the date down in your calendar as there is no system in place to check if you will be coming back to the gym. They are more than happy to charge you when you’re not going to the gym.
