Central Wellness Club Shin Urayasu

My child goes to Central for swimming. I hear a lot of stories about kids having trouble graduating from the Red Hat program, but I heard from many people that Central is the only place where they can learn to swim properly, so I joined. When I tried out the trial class, there was a waiting list, so I decided to wait. However, I didn't hear anything for about two months, and I couldn't wait any longer, so I went directly to ask if I could enroll at another available time. Then, I found out that there was a spot available at the time I was originally on the waiting list... Why...? It's not just my case; it seems that similar issues are often resolved more quickly by asking directly rather than waiting for a call.

I'm in my 30s and have been coming here for about two years. The manners of the people using the machines are not very good. I find it very irritating when older ladies sit at the machines chatting away, looking at their smartphones during the intervals. Smartphones should be banned. Also, if there are staff wandering around, please speak up if they don't understand the rules. We've warned them before, but if there's any trouble, it's Central who's in trouble, right? The quality isn't very good.

16時前頃バスから降りた子供が横断歩道の前で走り回っていて危ない。監督者が人数に対して足りないのではないでしょうか？誘導も1度止まって纏めてから動くなどせず、長い列を作っていて迷惑でした。 また、列が進む先で駐輪場から歩道橋に向かって走らせており、ぶつかって危うく大怪我になるところでした。そこまで急いで移動させるなら歩道橋の脇に止めるとかもう少し子供の自由が効く間隔が狭くなるようにして欲しいです…。 小学生くらいの子供だと思うので、ある程度「急に走らない」「左右見て渡る」ぐらい分かると思うのですが。 もっと対策考えてください。
