I hear a lot of stories about kids having trouble graduating from the Red Hat program, but I heard from many people that Central is the only place where they can learn to swim properly, so I joined. When I tried out the trial class, there was a waiting list, so I decided to wait. However, I didn't hear anything for about two months, and I couldn't wait any longer, so I went directly to ask if I could enroll at another available time. Then, I found out that there was a spot available at the time I was originally on the waiting list... Why...? It's not just my case; it seems that similar issues are often resolved more quickly by asking directly rather than waiting for a call.
I'm a regular user of your services. I noticed from conversations between staff members that a new employee was being assigned difficult tasks (like computer work), which seemed to be taking a long time. It must be tough for the new employee, and we don't want to waste time either, so wouldn't it be better to have them learn simpler tasks first?
I'm in my 30s and have been coming here for about two years. The manners of the people using the machines are not very good. I find it very irritating when older ladies sit at the machines chatting away, looking at their smartphones during the intervals. Smartphones should be banned. Also, if there are staff wandering around, please speak up if they don't understand the rules. We've warned them before, but if there's any trouble, it's Central who's in trouble, right? The quality isn't very good.
