It's the best gym in Lafayette, hands down. Large selection of equipment, the staff is always friendly and helpful, the sauna is there when you need to relax while the cold plunge is awesome for chilling out when you are overheating. Open 24/7 when you need to workout late at night or before the sun comes up. The movie room is perfect for running on the treadmill in peace. This gym has it all for a great price!

Just wrapped up my first month here and I have nothing but praise for this gym. Clean facility, all the equipment you need (plus they have some cool stuff like a pendulum squat and a t-bar row), and the 24-hour convenience is clutch. As a relative newbie to the gym, I never felt ostracized for trying to figure out how to use some of the more unique equipment / using lighter weights and have found the community to be mutually respectful of one another. 100% recommend giving it a shot if you're on the fence about starting!

Marcos was super friendly and an amazing host. The amenities at the gym were amazing and top notch. The gym was very clean and the equipment exceeded my expectations. If anyone is looking for a gym out in Lafayette then EMPIRE FITNESS is the place to go.

Easily the best gym in the area. The variety of equipment is unmatched, and the 24-hour access makes it incredibly convenient for any schedule. The energy in this place is unreal, and it keeps me coming back and staying consistent! Would highly recommend to anyone that’s been thinking of switching or starting their journey!

Empire Fitness is an awesome gym! I love that it's open 24 hours, making it super convenient for any schedule. The place is really clean and has a ton of equipment, so you never have to fight for a machine. It's also a private space, which is great for anyone into content creation. The bathrooms are spotless, and they have amazing private rooms for personal training. Plus, the sauna is a huge bonus! Overall, it's a fantastic gym that I highly recommend.
