I'm a total beginner but found this great! Now going to make this a regular slot in my diary. Loved this experience. Felt comfortable and well looked after. I can highly recommend this to anyone of any age. I wish I had started ages ago as I have physical issues and I felt the benefits after just one session.
We have been coming to classes for almost a year and have seen a huge improvement in our strength, flexibility and balance. Leo and Lisa's classes are challenging and fun and you work to your own ability as different level options are always given. Leo has also helped me with my non-yoga related injuries using laser therapy. Love this place!
