Dear Master Sunil Thank you for giving us a base to go forward. Doing one hour of pranayama using your module has made changes in our lives. I used to feel cold many times and could not sustain the air conditioner at night even in hot days in Malaysia. Now all that has disappeared and am able to enjoy better sleep. Even my son has got better. Past three months he has not taken any of his asthma medication. Thank you very much again. Regards Girish

Since day 1 of joining yoga, as a complete thebeginner classes have been great and suitable for all levels. All the instructors are great-very experienced and very knowledgeable. They make everyone feel at ease and comfortable and if you need more explanation or help, they provide clear 1-1 guidance. They encourage you and motivate you to do your best. The instructors all have slightly different styles, but ALL give a great workout 🙏🏼🥰 it's great to see their flexibility, and although I have a VERY long way to go, I'm definitely feeling the positive difference this is making in my life and would thoroughly recommend to everyone. Thank you for the opportunity and the benefits of Yoga, through your teachings.🙏😍💝

I discovered the Free Yoga classes a few years ago now and have been going religiously every Saturday morning! I feel like the yoga teachers and yoga classes provided are unique, there are no gimmicks, and they really go above and beyond with the extensive research they do to share with the class and educate us. There are a few classes per week and incredibly yes they are free, apart form a £2 donation for the hire of the hall! I felt comfortable and ‘accepted’ from the first day and now can’t imagine life without these sessions! It’s helped me mentally and physically, beyond any expectations I had, to be honest! Thank you so much to the whole team, you’re truly amazing people! Can’t wait to see you all soon ♥️
