Great gym at Arkadia! Zdrofit has a solid range of equipment, clean facilities, and a good atmosphere for both beginners and regulars. It can get busy during peak hours, but overall it’s a reliable spot for a consistent workout. Staff are friendly and helpful too.

I read some negative reviews and was really worried about coming here! But when I arrived, I was pleasantly surprised. The girl at the reception was very friendly, she greeted me when I came in and said goodbye when we were leaving. The machines are in great condition, and there are plenty of them for different muscle groups. There were quite a few people between 6 and 7 PM, but there were still free machines available. The women’s locker room is very cozy. The lockers are clean, and so are the toilets! I just wanted to say that this is a really good place, and I liked it a lot! Great job, guys!

Very large gym located inside the shopping mall Arkadia. A lot of equipment options and many different classes are offered along the day. Dont forget a hand towel as well a bottle of water. The gym offers free wifi and rental lockers if you dont have your own.

The gym’s ventilation system periodically malfunctions, and the air feels stagnant. I’m sure I caught a severe flu there due to the poor ventilation. Ventilation is the most important aspect of a gym! The administration doesn’t maintain order with the dumbbells—there are no labels indicating where each one should go, so they are scattered and out of place. The only positive aspect of the gym is that it has the necessary amount of equipment, though the quality of some pieces leaves much to be desired.
