Honestly one of the best gyms I've been to. The equipment selection is massive, whatever you're training that day, there's a machine for it. The place is spotless and the air quality is very good (according to the amount of people). The vibe is amazing, because you can feel that everyone is locked in and focused. Highly recommended!
@muscleworksgym it's been 15 years since I've seen this gym on @la_muscle tv, and have wanted to go ever since, the gym did not disappoint and was well worth the wait. top notch equipment from brands such as @gymleco @hammerstrengthofficial @panattaofficial @lafitness @cybexuk plus many other brands. Top notch atmosphere, friendly staff, understand why such highly rated, would strongly recommend visiting very fair price £7. Boxing ring, good cardiovascular area.
I absolutely love MW in general - the staff are 10/10, the atmosphere is great, there's a huge amount of equipment, and from a bodybuilding perspective the gym is genuinely 5 stars. I've been going there for a couple of years and generally the equipment is great and the people training there are lovely - when they remember the gym etiquette. That said, I train as a powerlifter, and despite the efforts to improve the gym for powerlifters, there's still only one power rack causing unnecessary waiting time. The problem is two-fold: there are now significantly more powerlifters training at the gym + non-powerlifters are using the combo rack to bench press instead of the regular benches, even when they are free. As a result, powerlifters are often left waiting just to begin our sessions. Again. Staff 10/10. Most people 10/10. Overall gym equipment 10/10. But the powerlifting area is below par and it's such a shame when the gym has so much to offer.
