The equipment is old but still looks like it just came from the factory. Great atmosphere, the gym etiquette from other people at the gym is great, the staff is great they keep everything very clean. This is easily the best gym in the county and one of the best in the whole state.

Nice variety of machines and free weights. Dues are very reasonable. Gym is kept clean as well.
Old school. Spacious. I had a fun lift. Lots of equipment variety. I dig the drink and protein bar offerings and the bodybuilding pictures.
