This review is about Xperience Fitness, which bought the Cardinal Fitness location in 2012. I've belonged to a half dozen gyms in the past 15 years and Xperience is without a doubt the worst one I've belonged to. Just recently, Xperience elected to drop out of the Better Business Bureau ratings (businesses can do that) because they were the subject of so many complaints. The Sunset Drive Xperience is filthy, they use water in the TWO "disinfectant" spray bottles that serve the whole gym, pads on machines are torn, the staff is lazy and uncaring (if there is even someone there, usually it is one person who hides out in the office), the locker room is a filthy disgrace and they do everything possible to make it difficult for people to complain or quit. The clientele is in decline - it used to be a nice mix of people but it's getting to be more 20-something punks who hang in groups and tie up machines for a half hour farting around. If you are looking for a gym, don't be enticed by the low monthly price. You get what you pay for.
