My first time trying this discipline and I never danced before but Annalisa is so supportive that you feel 'I can do it'! The atmosphere of the classes is so enjoyable even when doing the quite hard warm up! Highly recommended.

I love coming here! Annalisa, the pole tutor, is beyond amazing, extremely knowledgeable, friendly and experienced! I would urge anyone who has been thinking about trying pole out, to go for it and sign up!! So much fun and a great work out!
