Six sessions in and I am loving it more than I could have ever imagined. Already well and truly hooked! After watching the online videos I had an idea this was for me. Different to anything I had ever done previously. I feel like I have got more out of these sessions in a short time than going regularly to a gym for years. I am already feeling the improvements both physically and mentally. Lee is the trainer I have needed for the last 10 years of my life 😃 with just the right mixture of working us hard and creating an atmosphere of fun. I joined in a bid to get in shape for the wedding of my eldest son in 12 months time. Did not want to turn up to the celebrations as a 'frump in a frock' and I am truly starting to believe I will do it. I was at a gym previously. It just wasn't giving me that "high". I saw the bring a friend offer and thought I'd give it a try. Best decision I made. Cancelled my membership and signed up after my taster week! Yes it was that good! You are guaranteed a good workout in every session. I feel fitter and I always get my "high" after a workout. We have fun in the sessions and we support each other, so it doesn't matter if you're a beginner, you go at your pace and Lee the trainer is there to support and guide you. Would definitely recommend.
Not my first Bootcamp experience, but my best Bootcamp experience. All sessions are planned and well thought out, you're never given the impression that things have been just thrown together. Most if not all sessions are tough, but Lee works at your level, so beginners fit in with those who are in peak fitness. Lee cares about all his clients and pushes us to be accountable for our goals and celebrates our achievements. Great Bootcamp, awesome personal trainer.
