5 stars all around, this CrossFit gym is well equipped, well maintained, and spacious. Excellent coaching and a very friendly and welcoming community. They also offer Hyrox classes which are super fun and challenging. We were members for serval months, sadly our work schedule changed and we no longer make it there. But highly recommend to anyone!

For 3 weeks, Aloha CrossFit was my home box and hosted incredible classes with even better coaches. Communication was clear and prompt, scheduling classes ahead of time was easy, and the quality of instruction was top notch! So grateful for my time and the people I met here! Highly recommend this gym!
One of the best CrossFit gym experiences I’ve had. Easy sign up process and saved a few bucks doing it online. Jordan was an excellent coach. He, along with the members in the class, were very welcoming. Class was well timed. It had a good flow and solid instruction. Also loved the programming (Mayhem). If I come back to Maui, I’ll definitely plan to visit again!
Friendly atmosphere and there more then happy to work with you. It's worth your time and effort. Talk to Shyla or Jordan they worked with my sisters and I. We started slowly and now at week four we are feeling stronger and we have more energy. They have classes weekly or you can do your own thing.
