I absolutely LOVE this place!!! From the very first day I stepped foot in the door, I just knew it was the perfect place for my boys. I signed them up for a full year without hesitation—and I’ll definitely be doing it again! I only wish I had found Total Athlete years ago. The coaches are incredible honest, dedicated, and they truly care about the kids. I could go on and on about how amazing this place is! 💙
Best athletic training in the south metro area. Offering athletic speed and agility training, weight training and training for specific sports positions. Also has total fit training for adults. Years of experience and producing successful college and professional athletes. 10/10 definitely recommend for any training and fitness needs.
My son has had nothing less than a superior experience with Total Athlete!! He looks forward to the workouts and structure provided by the coaches to enhance his talents. The option of commitments works well for us and affordable. Being a part of a program is the highlight from week to week, highly recommended for that young “total athlete” in the home!!!
My son plays soccer, and Total Athlete Sports Complex has become his go-to spot for off-season training. The coaches here go beyond just physical conditioning—they really focus on building mental toughness and preparing athletes for the demands of the upcoming season. Since training here, my son's speed, agility in turns, and vertical jump have all noticeably improved. It's a great environment for young athletes who are serious about getting better.
