I've been participating in exercise classes (Zumba, Fit for Life); the facility is great and the instructors are fantastic! Plenty of parking. The facility also has many cardio machines and a weight room with free weights as well as machines. Tgere are at least 6 personal trainers plus a pirates room and trainer. Check the ifoothills website fir precise information.

The facility is overall pretty nice. The process of getting signed up too entirely too long though. We were at the front desk for over 30 minutes. This process definitely needs to be streamlined. The gym is very clean and well maintained. It is never so busy that you're waiting to use machines.

I will never return after being humiliated and yelled at by a staff member. As much as my baby loves the pool - and since we even renewed our membership for a second year - this experience completely changed how I feel about the facility. Before heading to the pool yesterday, I stopped by the gym across the street. I was wearing sandals and honestly didn't think much of it. I don't have much gym experience and just wanted to get familiar with the equipment after my pregnancy. While I was trying out the pulldown machine, a male staff member approached me in a very hostile manner and told me to leave. I immediately apologized and explained that I didn't know about the shoe policy, assuring him I'd wear proper shoes next time since I wasn't planning to stay long. Instead of explaining the safety rules or speaking to me privately, he raised his voice and told me I was being kicked out. I completely respect the facility's safety policies, but the way I was treated left me feeling humiliated, unsafe, and unwelcome. I was extremely frustrated and left in tears. It was one single day off in the week not need to work or take care of my baby. I would have much appreciated if someone tells me earlier when I signed in. This experience did not reflect an inclusive or supportive environment at all.
