I joined MeltRXFit in January. I had low expectations and wasn't sure I'd stick with it. I couldn't even run a 1/4 mile and I had a difficult time finishing the workouts. The trainers and staff are incredible. Very positive and encouraging. Never made me feel bad about where I was. Fast forward to August and I've done 6 5K races, a Tough Mudder, a Terrain Race and I'm registered for my first 1/2 marathon in October. Love the atmosphere of this gym. As a dad of two small kids (3 months and 3 years), I appreciate the flexible hours and have bounced around from the evening workouts to the lunch workouts to the early morning workouts. Highly recommend checking it out.
I've found Melt to be an excellent, sustainable, fitness program. The gym is well run with a friendly and accommodating staff. The classes run 50 minutes and include strength training and cardio. All you have to do is get yourself there consistently, all the exercises are planned out for you. It's fast paced and the trainers keep it fun and high energy. Very reasonably priced for what you get.
MeltRX Fit is truly amazing! The energy, enthusiasm, and encouragement of the staff is palpable. The workouts are changed every single day keeping the class challenging and fun! The trainers help to keep you focused and motivated. They are knowledgeable, helpful and quick with modifications when you have an injury. I've only been going for about a month and am already seeing and feeling a big difference. I cannot stop recommending MeltRX to everyone!
If you want to find your best body.. come here! Challenged by every workout and the trainers are super motivating! Each work out is different and keeps you wanting more. I hate cardio and this has me craving the next class. The staff is super friendly and love the vibe inside. Love love love the body scans and getting to track my improvements. It is a must try!
I've been going 6 times a week since the end of March and I have never been bored! This is the first workout program I can say I'm enjoying and I can't wait to Melt next day! Trainers are fantastic and are always willing to modify floor exercises I can't do because of my back issue. I love and appreciate the positive atmosphere but most of all, I love how fast I'm seeing the results of this program! Come and Melt with us!!
