Excellent gym. Good range of kit. Sauna is a bonus over other budget gyms in the area. 24/7 access is brilliant. No idea why another review complains about the age of people there. I'm 55 and felt perfectly welcome.

Was great to be back, set up some equipment I brought in myself to do some boxing related training for improving reflexes, hand speed & hand eye coordination. Used a kettle bell to stabilise & weigh down the bottom end of my floor to ceiling ball & a chin up bar to tie it of from above. Worked a treat. Improvise, adapt & overcome. Got my tap flex out & also brought my rope to get a bit of skipping in to finish. Was gutted the sauna weren't open to clear my pores & stretch off in but utilised the hot & cold showers to freshen up afterwards. I'm sure it'll open up again when things calm down enough. On whole though I was happy enough. Plenty of sanitizer & cleaning stations about to keep everything sterile & safe.
