Coach Will is the absolute best. He is so knowledgeable in fitness and nutrition. At 5'3" I was the heaviest I have ever been at 180lbs. I was a strict vegetarian for 3 years and that just wasn't healthy for me anymore. Will helped me transition into a keto diet and did all my initial macro calculations and first month of meal planning. Once I was transitioned to a better diet, I started under his personal training. Very challenging workouts, but his constant support and encouragement made it fun and kept me going! Between Will's nutrition and personal training, I dropped 30 lbs in about 5 months.
