The Health Club at Ribby Hall Village

Best gym I've been to and it isn't down to the equipment or size of the place. I can be quite competitive, so when I found out the gym holds monthly challenges I was really excited. These are totally relaxed so I don't feel pressured to achieve anything, and can be monitored on my phone via the app to see how well I am doing and how close the competition is to me. I've found I'm going to the gym more often now simply because I don't want to lose my position! Really helps my mind focus on something whilst I burn calories, as apposed to other gyms I've been to where I walk in and do my set, I feel like this one is working better for me. After that I can go to the pool, sauna, jacuzzi and spa to chill.
