Strength Republic

Awesome atmosphere. The owners leave no stone unturned to ensure the members feel comfortable and safe. They have built a wonderful team to assist members in whatever fitness goals they want to achieve. Be it a new gym entrant or a professional competitive bodybuilder or an athlete , everyone is made to feel welcome. Highly recommended if you are in Newcastle

What makes a gym great ? I'll tell you what.....great equipment, friendly helpful staff, knowledgeable, qualified and passionate trainers, awesome members, a non intimidating environment in a place where all are made to feel welcome, safe and are encouraged, and a place where no muppets or finger puppets are allowed...all of these equate to an experience unlike any other, and hands down the best gym in the hunter region....Richie

An amazing place to train and the new location is fab! The classes are the perfect mix of strength and conditioning and are suitable for all fitness levels. I was super unfit and knew no-one at my very first class and I was made to feel totally welcome and capable of achieving anything. Best gym!

I like how you try to dismiss what I've written just by saying that it's not true. 1. Both facts are true. 2. Be careful of falsely accusing someone of assault. I'm sure you have cameras in your gym which you can check yourself. The gym trainer forcefully took my bag and phone (theft btw) and I grabbed it back off him. No pushing involved, although I did swear at him as he's been harassing me since I joined this gym for no apparent reason. 3. The people you talk about applauding my cancellation are likely the personal trainers who quarter squat weights far beyond their strength level - and teach their clients to do the same. I don't believe you can talk about my training methods when 1. I only follow programming from coaches with experience and qualifications to provide a sound program (more than can be said about the trainers at this gym) 2. None of the trainers at your gym can clean what I can snatch - which is worrying because I'm by no means an athlete at a high level. That is all, goodbye.
