Zooz has become my adult daughter’s favorite thing. We can’t rave about it enough. Super fun classes, amazing uplifting and patient coaches, fantastic facility. But even more than that, it’s a community - my daughter has made new friends, sees so many people she knows from other activities, and the parents/caregivers have a place to hang, talk, meet others. Highly recommend.
What a great place where the flow of energy is amazingly great. My son started attending two years ago and love going twice a week, always look forward to the most caring effective coaches and trainers. A great place for individual or group workouts.
I have been going to zooz for 4 years. They primarily cater to individuals with disabilities but will take anyone in my experience if they have space. They almost exclusively do personal training. There are some group classes, but they are targeting specific clientele.d In my experience their prices are reasonable and their trainers really know their stuff. Jake, the owner, makes it his mission to personally know all of their athletes it seems and is always open. Recently, I became very Ill and needed a significant overhaul of my personal training to accommodate, and he went above and beyond. Overall, a very friendly and inviting place. If you fall into their target demographics or just need extra support to work out, and want to work out in a wonderful supportive environment, it's a great place for you.
It’s fantastic from the owner to the trainers to the involved parents and caregivers. Everyone is meant to feel included. Solid equipment but the people are the real prize.
I absolutely LOVE Zooz Fitness! My son AJ has been fortunate enough to be an athlete at this amazing special needs gym for over two years. Jake and his whole staff are nothing short of amazing! As a teen with autism, my son has found a place to not only work on his fitness goals, but to also make friends and feel a real sense of belonging. It is a joy to watch him and the other athletes excel at their own pace and be celebrated for both their big and small wins at every single class. All of the trainers are so friendly and make the kids work hard while having fun! We are so thankful for Zooz!!
