I LOVE QMotion gym. It's the best. The staff are really friendly and professional, the gym is functional and has everything I need, there's a women's only gym and the classes are great fun. I get personal training with Chris- he is the best.
Best gym in mile end, worth the travel even if you're in whitechapel, aldgate and beyond.
Only complaint is that the women's gym is always a mess. Every time I have to clean up someone elses equipment they've left lying around so I have space.. Need a more obvious sign for people to put their equipment away.
Good gym. Good price. Everything you need to make mad gainz (or losses). The road to absolute WHAMNESS continues. Would give 5 stars but power lifts hog the racks at times. #Getshreddedorgohome
