This is a sports gym for Mitsubishi Group employees. Despite being located in front of a station in the city center, it has excellent facilities, including a large pool and large public bath in multiple gym areas, as well as a golf driving range, gymnasium, soccer courts, and tennis courts, and the monthly fee is a bargain at 3,000 yen. It is also open to the public, but there is a significant difference in membership fees, so it seems that there are almost no general members. It also has a great junior school, and is crowded with families with children on weekends.
It feels like they're saying, "I'm going to show you what a 'first-class company' is really like!" in a condescending way.
