Renaissance Nishikokubunji

I've been attending tennis lessons once a week for over nine years. Although there are times when students move up a grade or when classmates taking the same dates come and go, I enjoy going. I'm generally satisfied, but it's difficult to transfer to a class with a larger class size or a class with a popular coach, and there are only a few classes available depending on your level, so I try not to miss classes as much as possible. Sometimes I feel like having just one regular lesson a week isn't enough (because I want to practice a lot), so I wish there were more event lesson options outside of regular lessons.

I changed the days of the week to accommodate more lessons at Renaissance. I had a month to prepare, but on the first day of the new lesson, the necessary equipment wasn't available, and I was told to pay extra. I had already ordered and paid for it before leaving... When I called to inquire, I was told that the person in charge would be back soon and would call me back. I waited two days but heard nothing. When I went there in person to inquire, I was told it was apparently an administrative error. Many of the staff are friendly, but their way of handling things is not good. I wonder if they're not communicating with each other... I want them to handle things properly. Thank you.

This is a review regarding membership and first-time use. [Membership System, etc.] - I made a reservation online and visited the facility. - Detailed explanations were given via video. - I felt that the trial plan starting from 4000 yen was cheaper compared to other companies. - On the other hand, I felt that the minimum contract period (8 months) was longer than other companies. - I needed to create a new credit card. - As a membership benefit, I received hydrogen water, supplements, shoes & towels for two months. - I received a water bottle for hydrogen water. [First-Time Use] - During the membership explanation, I was told that a tour of the facility could be given "when you arrive." - However, in reality, I was refused and told, "Please make a reservation." - Since there was no other option, I decided to use the facility while observing the other customers. - The difficulties I encountered were not knowing where I could walk in my indoor shoes and how to use the lessons. (I haven't been to the pool yet.) - I was given IC chips for hydrogen water and supplements, but perhaps the staff made a mistake, as I only received the supplement IC chip. [Overall Impressions] - I hope they will review the situation where different staff members give conflicting information. - I felt that the lack of a proper manual meant that new staff members were handling things haphazardly. - The users' manners were poor. I saw many people who didn't clean the machines themselves after using them. Also, the cleaning spray wasn't alcohol-based, so I felt it wasn't clean. - The number of machines was average. *This is a comparison based on my past experience at three different gyms.

他の方が「ロッカールームで動画配信しようと思えば簡単に出来る環境です」と書いていますが、私も同様に感じました。 裸で使うパウダールームでもスマホをいじっている人がいて、盗撮されないか不安です。 なお、そのことについて問い合わせたところ、「お客様の安全・プライバシーの確保」と「利便性の向上」の両立について慎重に協議を重ねた結果、通話・撮影・録音は一切禁止とした上で、ロッカールーム内でスマホOKとしているとのことでした。 個人的には、スマホが撮影中かどうかは外から見てわからない以上、安心して利用できるよう、せめてパウダールームではスマホを一律禁止にしてほしいと思いました。

It's dirty and smelly. Please take the time to clean, deodorize, and sterilize the machines, mats, and floors. The bath is also slippery and full of hair, dust, and other filthy things. I wonder why the manager and employees don't seem to mind.
