The trainers and staff are fantastic and support you every step of the way. I cannot recommend this place more!
A hidden gem in central London! I have my swimming lessons here and the pool, jacuzzi, and sauna and steam rooms are always super clean and well maintened. The staff are always lovely to speak to and are extremely accommodating. Highly recommend!
Honestly such a great gym, the facilities are top notch. Loads of equipment so you’re never waiting, brilliant classes, and the sauna is fab. Everything is always spotless and well looked after too. Really friendly atmosphere on top of it all. 10/10 would recommend!
I came here after a stressful morning and purchased a day pass. I knew of The Circle having seen it in the grand, shiny, purple bricked circle as a child when passing, I never did know what it was and that there was a spa! I was greeted at reception by a very personable young man called Oliver, he was very accommodating as I had a very stressful morning and he dealt with me very well. Very accommodating! Very thorough showing of the facilities. I loved when I came that the steam room had some eucalyptus in there, at least when I went! Facilities are great, they have an uber cool infra-red room. The pool wasn’t too cold either which was great. There classes are also insane! Very much worth the day pass for my time in the area. Will be back Special mention to Oliver who really went out of his way for a good customer experience
While I love the instructors and updated gym equipment, it’s an extremely expensive membership for ZERO amenities. Ladies, they don’t even have tampons, face wash, quality toiletries, or anything we might need in case of an emergency. The changing rooms are always damp and musty to top it all off. It’s hard to justify the cost of this membership when I could go to gyms such as Fitness First for a tad cheaper with the luxury amenities that match the premium price.
